About

Welcome to the official website for the Scott Patriot Program. This programs was initially launched on September 11, 2013 by the Leadership Council Southwestern Illinois, McKendree University and several Metro East chamber of commerce organizations to ensure that those local businesses and communities that are providing support to our friends at Scott Air Force Base and their families are recognized as military friendly, while also growing the level of support the base receives from other area businesses. One year after the program launched over 650 businesses and organizations signed up and members are still joining today.  In 2017, Scott Patriot 2.0 was launched offering a virtual job site and a redesign of the website with new features such as a calendar of military friendly events.

To that end, we invite you to be a part of this exciting initiative. Chances are, you’re already doing something to support our military families and, if so, we want to be sure we capture that information so you can be counted as a Scott Patriot.

Participation in the Scott Patriot Program is absolutely free.
